17th Philippine International HotAir Balloon Fiesta with Kevin Franciz

           On it's 17th year the Philippine International Hotair Balloon Fiesta in Clark, Pampanga will be held on February 9-12, 2012.
           I was lucky to be chosen as one of of the 4 travel bloggers to get a chance to have a  photographers pass on this event, together with Ian de la Pena, Elal Jane Lasola and Izah Morales.
